De la Riva has over 25 years in the field of sexual wellness; She designed the first Kegel Ball with Walgreens, to help strengthen the Pelvic floor, and then launched Luz De La Riva ™ Intimate Couture Cosmetics, the first brand to sell adult products in Nordstrom in the USA and Canada. 

Their newest venture, House of LDLR, is one of the first Social Equity and Latina-founded cannabis companies in Oakland, CA. Its mission is to create the safest and best-quality intimacy products and promote healthy long-lasting relationships.

Nancy is the Cannabis Industry Connector. She has been a PR & Marketing consultant for the past 20 years, and has recently joined the Founder Institutes’ San Francisco Cannabis Cohort as a Mentor.  She continues to help companies like Gallantri Industries to succeed by providing them with introductions to strategic partners, funding, and precious resources.
